If you are having any issues with the plugin, please follow the below steps before you open a support ticket.

Chances are high that your issue could be resolved here itself without the need to raise a support ticket:

    1. Please check if your question or problem has already been discussed before in another thread in this forum (search for “Helpie FAQ” and two or three significant keywords that describe your problem).
    2. Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Helpie FAQ ,WordPress & your theme.
    3. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, the issue has happened because of a conflict with one of your plugin. Gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin which is causing the issue.
Once found, please attach the name + URL of the plugin and explain what exactly the issue is by using this plugin and Helpie FAQ together.
    4. Change your WordPress theme to the free “Astra” theme. If this solves the problem, the issue has happened because of a conflict with your theme. While creating an issue, please attach the name + URL of the theme and explain what exactly the issue is by using your theme and Helpie FAQ together.
    5. Make sure nothing is outdated like very old versions of WP, Php and MySql. If so, please try updating it and check whether that solves your problem. We recommend you to use the latest version anytime.
    6. If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    7. If all of this does not help or fix the problem, please check your debug and console log and and if it shows any error, please attach it’s screenshot also while creating the issue.
