    1. Make sure to read our Product Documentation
    2. Confirm that you are using the latest and stable version of The Plus Addons for Elementor
    3. Deactivate all plugins on your website. If that resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until you find the cause.
    4. Please clear the Performance Cache of The Plus Addons for Elementor under the Performance Tab and check if the issue persists. You can check by doing a hard reload by pressing CTRL/CMD + SHIFT + R.
    5. Deactivate or Purge Cache from your cache plugin to verify if you’re still facing it.
    6. Change your Theme to the default WordPress theme, and check.
    7. [FOR TECHNICAL ONLY] Furthermore, on the root installation directory of WordPress, edit your wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true by adding define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true ); define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true ); @ini_set( ‘display_errors’, 0 );

    to find any errors in the debug log which will be stored inside- /wp-content/
