Important, simple to use, and good support

This plugin eventually becomes essential on all WooCommerce stores. Maybe for fraud. Maybe when one customer is rude to customer service and you want to block them.

It’s very straightforward to use – users are automatically blocked if they place too many failed orders. And they can be added to the blacklist either with a single click in the order edit view, or in the plugin’s settings which has a set different ways to block a user (name, phone, IP, email address, email domain, billing/shipping address).

Support is very responsive. I suggested a few changes and the author quickly incorporated them.

Frankly, this plugin should be sold on WooCommerce.com!
