Please follow the next steps before you open a support ticket, so we can help you solve the issue faster:

    1. Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Unyson plugin & Extension, WordPress & your theme.
    2. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    3. If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    4. Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme).
    5. On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true or you can install plugin Debug Bar or Query Monitor
    6. Some of issues might be caused by server configurations that do not meet the minimum plugin or theme requirements like Maximum File Upload Size, Maximum Input Variables Limit, Maximum Execution Time, – please look through this articles to find out how you can configure the minimum requirements.

If you have followed all these steps and you’re still encountering difficulties, please open a ticket by following these steps:

    1. Describe the issue and what led to it. Please be as accurate and detailed as possible.
    2. If you suspect the issue was caused by the theme/plugin and your theme/plugin is premium, please contact theme author, if theme/plugin is free please attach the name + URL of the theme/plugin.
