Version 2 Upgrade Broke field display handling in Profile

  • The logic in how Fields were displayed or not displayed in the profile broke when I upgraded to Version 2. I am just now getting around to fixing it. I am running the most current version 2.1.2.

    I have several custom fields that worked perfectly as intended prior to the update.

    These fields are viewable only. Meaning that I had the following settings:

    Visibility: Edit Mode Only
    Can user edit this field? NO

    Prior to the update, the fields displayed as expected. Now I can only get these fields to display if I set:

    Can user edit this field? YES

    These fields need to be displayed but they must never be edited. It is critical that these fields can be displayed. I have tried various combinations of settings to attempt to clear this but the only solution to get the fields to display are as indicated above.

    Please provide a patch quickly or a solution I cannot figure out. This is important.
