Imported group products are not showing under categories

    Hi,
    i have imported grouped products using WP All Import Pro and they are not showing under the product categories but when i add new grouped products manually myself they shows under category. Also even when i save those imported grouped products manually they still do not appear in category.

    Yes ! i have clear the transients and recount etc

    Hi Ameer,

    Because the issue only happens with products imported through a third-party tool, I’m assuming the problem comes from the way these were imported in particular. It’s possible that the file used to import the products did not have all the necessary values to categorize the products correctly. That could be why the products aren’t displaying correctly.

    WP All Import Pro is a third-party plugin that I’m not familiar with, so I’d recommend reaching out to their team to see if they can offer any guidance with this, and see why are these products not showing up correctly.

    Note that WooCommerce comes with its own product importer out of the box, which you can use to import products via a CSV file. If you are interested in testing this tool, you can read documentation about it here:

    That link above provides details about the particular format you need to use in the CSV file for products to be correctly imported.
