I am able to retrieve all 10 items on a test machine with the feed you’re using.

There could be an issue with your website’s cron system. We use WP Cron to schedule operations that fetch and update content from feeds.

To troubleshoot, please install the WP Crontrol plugin, and visit Tools > Cron Events in your dashboard to watch out for the following:

• Error messages in red, perhaps indicating that your host may have restricted WP Cron for security or performance reasons. Please also ensure DISABLE_WP_CRON is set to false in wp-config.php
• The Next Run column for upcoming cron tasks — if several of the tasks are marked ‘now’, this means your crons are stuck.

In either case, you will need to have a word with hosting support to ensure they haven’t restricted crons on your site, or resolve the issue of stuck crons.

If you believe WP Cron is not the issue, please have a look at your setup’s debug log at RSS Aggregator > Tools > Logs. The error messages and notices there will give you an idea of the root of the problem.
