Imported old posts to new site, need to import more without duplication.

  • I have an older site at v1 and a newer site at v2.
    I imported all the archives from v1 and have completed the new sites tests and styling.
    However there are now quite a few NEW POSTS at the OLD site, during this interim period that I need to also move over.
    I want to export the old sites content AGAIN and import it AGAIN at the new site, without duplicating everything already in there.

    Thew new site also has special new specific content, And I need to keep everything over at v2.

    Is this possible? And if so, what is the process, things to know etc?
