Imported questions will not save

    I am trying to import questions into Survey Maker. They get imported, but when I click Save or Save and Close, the screen refreshes and the imported questions are gone. I changed the variables based on another post here :
    max_input_vars 10000
    max_execution_time 600
    max_input_time 600
    post_max_size 64

    This did not resolve the problem. Can you help?
