Imported shops are not seen until I preview location

  • Imported shops are not seen until I preview location on each shop. I have more than 300 shops. I don’t understand what to do to just see them? I have imported them all correct with the required columns. I used CSV importer.

    I got a error saying that I should enable Billing in Google Console. I have done that. the problem is still there?

    Without an active billing account the geocoding of the locations will fail. You will have to contact Google Maps Billing Support and ask them if they can see what’s going on.

    Once that’s resolved you can export all the location and simply import the exported file again. Do make sure that you set the wpsl_id field to wpsl_id on the mapping screen to make sure the locations are updated instead of created again.

    I did respond to all support tickets I got, so you should have had a response by now.

    Just making sure, if I use a 3rd party plugin, like WPAllImport, I need to go and manually click the preview button on all the imported shops? And the import functionality is only there in the paid version of this plugin?

    @risalmin if you don’t have the coordinates yet ( which you could get through a third-party ), then most import plugin will not geocode it for you. The CSV Manager add-on will indeed do the geocoding.
