• I created a fresh WP Multisite environment, but when I tried to import my database from my previous environment my sites aren’t showing in WP-Admin. The databases were created in phpmyadmin.

How did you import the DB?

Did you make sure to point the wp-config.php to the right DB info?

I created a new install with a new database, then I went into phpmyadmin and imported my old database. In phpmyadmin I can see all the tables for all the sites.

When I tried to create a new site within wordpress it tries to redirect to the URL of table 1 in the database.

Basically I created a new site “/mysite” and when I try to access the admin panel for that site it redirects to “/elementarysite” which is the URL for the corresponding table from the imported DB.

Okay, did you edit the wp-config.php to point to the right table prefix?
