    Hi,

I manage about 200 wordpress instances so it is really helpful to have the import/export functionality. I can’t seem to get it to import my settings from one instance to another no matter the browser or WP version. I have tried Firefox and Chrome…we are using the latest version of WP. I am also using the latest version of your great plugin. There is a quick error stating “UpdraftPlus seems to have been updated to version (1.13.1) different to the version running when this settings page was loaded. Please reload the settings page before trying to save settings.” This error then goes away magically but the imported settings are not applied. I have reloaded the page multiple times and emptied Total cache.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Could you check the version number in the export settings file and post that here?

Also when you try to import the file are there any errors on the page or in the developer console if so could you also post a screenshot of that here.

    Best Wishes,

    Ashley

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the current release has a bug in the ‘import’ function… this is fixed in our development version for our next release. Sorry for the trouble!

    Hi,

It seems this is still broken in the latest release. Did the fix not make the release? This is a pretty important feature.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Apologies. It turns out that there were still a number of bugs in the release.
We have just released version 2.13.4. Please could you update and try again?

    Hi,

    That worked.

Just as an FYI as obviously it isn’t effecting me now, but the version number in the settings file is still 1.12.40.

    Thank you
