Importing a single widget?

    No, all widgets will be exported/imported. You could drag all widgets to Inactive in Appearance > Widgets, export, then move them back into their respective widget areas. This may or may not be practical depending on how many widgets there are.

    For just one widget, though, I would think that manually adding it to another site would not be too much work and not require an export/import plugin.=
