Importing all status of Article, is possible?

    Hi,

    My question is :

    is possible importing all types of status of the Joomla Article in Wordpres?
    now it does not import or puts in drafts all archived or trash article of joomla.

    I need that the articles archived are converted in wordpress and published.

    is possible to make this?

    other question is possible import all data from EasyBlog component?

    The archived posts or posts put in trash are not imported. But unpublished posts are imported as drafts.
    I can add the ability to import the archived and trash articles in a future version.

    For EasyBlog, I did not scheduled to do that.

    I would like to know how long waiting for the new version.

    For me is very important to have the possibility of importing all the articles (all status) from joomla to wordpress.

    The archived posts are imported as drafts in version 1.15.0.
    If you want to publish them, you can do it with WordPress.

    The articles put in trash will not be imported. If you still want to import them, you must first restore them and archive them in Joomla before running the import.

    Dear Kerfred,

    Ok, I know, I can publish them but WordPress change the date.

    So if I import archived post of 2011 – in WordPress if I republish them, they have a new date of 2013.
    This is a problem for me because I have an archive in Joomla that is consultable and I want have the same archive in WordPress but he not have the same function and I have to modify in a normal published article.

    Ok the trash articles can not be import, no important for my work but the archived post I need to transform in published articles in WordPress, you can do that?

    With the version 1.15.1, you can now import the Joomla archived articles as WordPress published posts, if you set the new option “Archived posts” to “Import as published posts”.

    Dear Kerfred,

    Thank you for this upgrade but I have a problem, because your last implementation doesn’t work correctly :

    I check the box :
    Archived posts -> Import as published posts

    but all archived posts are imported as drafts.

    My solution is change the status via Database but I want inform you for this mistake of your plugin.

    I’ve bought now the full version and I will inform you if all work are done correctly!

    Are you sure to have checked the right checkbox?
    All the tests I have done are working well.
    Can you send me a copy of your database so I’ll try to reproduce your problem on your database?
