Importing and Handling Calendars into a Master Calendar

    I would like to have 5 different calendars that are made from Outlook Express 2010, that will need to be updated to the plugin calendars, I would like for the customers to be able to see one calendar that shows any available spots. To elaborate, say person A has a time open at 10, B has a time open at 10, C has a slot open at 11, D has a spot open at 1, and E has a spot open at 2. So the one calendar that the customer will see will show: 10, 11, 1, 2. Even if the 10 spot from A gets taken then it will still have 10 because B still has that spot available. I would like for the calendars to be checked (from Outlook) every time someone goes to look for an appointment.
