    I have encountered this type of problem:

    Your server terminated the import process
    Read more about how to prevent this from happening again.

    I asked my Siteground hosting for help and they also don’t know how to fix it. So can’t I do anything? Do you have a valid serious alternative? It is really important for us. Can it not be resolved? Thank you

    On our shared plans there are some quotas that exist to ensure the correct functionality of server for all the clients assigned to it.
    
    One of these limits is max_execution_time set to a limit of 120. This means that PHP scripts that take longer than 120 seconds to execute will generate a timeout.
    
    We have applied an alternative solution to dynamically increase the timeout values ??for your website. I invite you to try importing again but keep in mind that this is an alternative solution and we cannot guarantee if it will work.
    
    In case it doesn't work, alternatively, you can split the .csv file into some smaller batches that take less time to import.
    
    These quotas do not exist on our Cloud and Dedicated hosting solutions.
