    Hi there,

    i am using wp-all-import with the Woocommerce add-on and i want to add attachments to my product page. This includes pdf and zip files. In the tab “other product options” i found the Download & Import Attachments. Now i am guessing this is where i can enter the attachments. In my excel file there is a line for the attachment with a name like example.pdf do i have to put the files in a special place on my server?

    Hope you understand what i am going for ??

    Hey @sjoerd89

    The files should be accessible via URL, or your Media Library. If they’re in the Media Library, you can select the “Search for existing attachments to prevent duplicates in media library” option and just drag in the element from your file.

    Otherwise, if they’re uploaded to your server somewhere, you can type in the URL and append the filename:

    https://www.mywebsite.com/{element[1]}

    Just replace {element[1]} with the element from your file that contains the file name.

    What files are allowed to go in that part because .zip files will not show up anywhere as far as i can see. If they would show up where would this be?

    Thanks

    Hey @sjoerd89

    You should be able to upload zip files, and they would end up in the Media Library. Please check to see if you can manually upload a zip file to the Media Library – if you can’t, you should contact your web host and ask for assistance.

    Otherwise, you can recreate the issue at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/ and open a ticket with us at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ so we can take a look at the settings/data and advise further.

    I don’t want to have the files added to the media library but to the products page, i have send a support ticket on the site so i can take it from there if you want too.

    Thanks
