importing BIG list keeps stopping

  • I’m migrating my site from being a forum to wordpress/buddypress so i rigged a csv file of our users… 80,770 users…

    The first time I uploaded the csv file it it created 1300 users, the next time about 900 more, then 600 more.. every time i try it now the number keeps getting smaller… is there a better way of doing this?

    my last try imported 48 users…

    Strange issue that the number of import user always decreasing.

    For better performance try to import in your local host setup instead of server.

    But as user creation is happening completely as per WordPress manner system will definitely be slow.
