Importing big XWR File

How to import big (14MB) XWR (eXtended WordPress RSS) file? On the import screen, it says max size of 2MB only, is it possible for me to change it? To bigger number? Or I must split my XWR file to many small files? If so, can anyone teach me the correct way to do it? Eg. where should I ‘cut’ the file.
