Importing block wont load in Astra (Eementor).

I installed the Astra theme and Starter templates. In theme, when I want to add a block and click import, it loads to infinity with no result:

I use XAMPP and I am on a Mac. Why I can not import blocks while my brother who uses also Mac and XAMPP can import within 1 second? ANd i also tested it on Windows 10, same issue. Please help
