Importing Categories

    Hi,

    My woocommerce products have both multiple & hierarchical categories.
    e.g. All Items, All Items ->Male, Featured Brands, Featured Brands -> ABC

    I tried to import it by multiple categories, but it created new categories “All Items ->Male” & “Featured Brands -> ABC” for me.

    I wonder if it is possible to import correctly in this case?

  • I have the same problem with the import to posts and a single category.
    Every time allimport creates a new category. I′m not shure but I think it worked well until an update ? Could you please check it ?

    pannham, multiple categories, some of which are hierarchical, must be stored with each group (hierarchy) contained in its own element, i.e.

    <category_one>Parent > Child</category_one>
    <category_two>Another Parent > Another Child</category_two>
    <category_three>Just A Parent</category_three>
