importing comments from-to wordpress site

Hi there, im moving a site hosted on wordpress.com to my own hosted version of wordpress. I’ve used the export option to transfer all the content across, now however I have a few new comments on the old wordpress.com site and need to move these across,and because i’ve modified content on the pages dont want any of this to be overwritten. Is there an easy way to move these new comments from one site to another??
