importing easil

I have a site [ redundant link deleted ] where i have been collecting and creating lists

.I had the idea that they would be easier to comment on if they were in a forum.

Is there a “simple” process to import a list so the heading is the name of the forum and the list entry’s are individual listings beneath the title so people can make comment on the individual questions
