Importing events via feed

    Apologies if I’ve overlooked something in the plugin settings or documentation but can someone please guide me … do I need to manually refresh the feed in “Import Feeds” or is there a way to automatically collect event postings from the feed every hour or 24 hours or whatever? Thanks for your guidance.

    The plugin should automatically refresh feed every hour, but there is also a way to change the time when you want the plugin to refresh the feed: first install Advanced Cron Manager plugin.

    Use ACM to create a new schedule entry (WP Dashboard > Tools > Cron Manager > Add schedule button).

    Set the time you want the schedule and give it a sensible name, the process that fetches the feeds is called ai1ec_cron.
