importing files to file field

is there any way to import the files to a file field?

Ie i’m adding a spec sheet to all my product post types. Is there any way that i can import the values for the files instead of having to edit each post, click add file, choose the file, and then find the file in media uploads? I have 200 products i want to add spec sheets too.
