I exported a form and tried to import it into a new site. At the top, I see a message that says “Import action executed.” But I don’t see anything else. How do I access the form I imported? Am I doing something wrong? I saw another post related to this that mentioned versions. Both are up-to-date versions of the plugin. I tried deleting the plugin files and replacing them with a copy of the other site’s, but that didn’t do anything.

    Hi,

    Please, follow the steps below:

    1. Install the same version of plugin in both websites.

    2. Open the settings of any form in each of website, and press the button for save settings (the action updates the database’s structure)

    3. Export the form from the first WordPress.

    4. Import the form in the second WordPress.

    Best regards.

After following your steps, I still can’t get it to work. I am able to successfully export and import the sample forms, but not the one I created.

Sorry I didn’t get back to you. It was a pretty simple form so I just recreated it. I’ll let you know if I have trouble in the future. Thank you!

    Thx! Had the same problem.

    Now it works fine!
