Importing From PostNuke MySQL Tables?

    I no longer have the ability to run PostNuke on my site, so I switched to WordPress. I still have the tables with the original data, but I’m no PHP/MySQL programmer so I can’t get at them. Is there a PostNuke –> WordPress importer? I can’t seem to find it if there is.
