Importing image in FT:team in Flash theme

    Hi there,
    I am trying to add an image for one of our team members in the Team section. I am using FT:team widget and I am really struggling to understand how the URL image import field should work.

    Do you have some clear instructions on how to do this? And what conditions should the link fulfill?

  • Hey,

    We inspected your site and in the Image area of FT: Team widget you have insert URL of another page. To properly insert the image you may go to Dashboard > All Pages > Home > Layout Builder > FT: Team. Select the image from your media library and click Done. Then Update the Page.

    Hi Sabina,

    Thank you for your reply!

    I tried what you suggested, unfortunately I cannot find the Layout Builder.
    If it’s worth mentioning you should know that:
    1. I am using Beaver Builder (I think it came by default with the wordpress installation) and in Beaver Builder one does not have the option to select an image from a media library for FT:Team
    2. I am currently working on page Home 2 (a custom made page for experimentation) so should your link be Dashboard > All Pages > Home 2 > Layout Builder > FT: Team

    With these two things in mind, do your instructions change or am I looking in the wrong place?

    Hey,

    Beaver Builder does not comes up with it installed on WordPress installation. Maybe your hosting added it within your site if you added via their software addition process and this theme utilize Page Builder by SiteOrigin, not the Beaver Builder plugin. So, maybe you can try out that plugin instead for your site and see if that helps you out?
