    I have downloaded LearnPress Export Import. I can download an XML file from the site but when I try to import the blue ‘up’ import arrow is highlighted but nothing happens when I click on it.

    Why doesn’t it work? What else do I need to do?

    There are seems of questions on here with none or one answer. Is it actually possible to get support for issues on WordPress/Learnpress? I tried the Learnpress support forum directly and it won’t let you post on it.

    Hi, I am using Learnpress through WordPress – it is on version 4.0.4-beta.1

    I am not sure how to update that or revert to a different version.

    Currently, LearnPress version is 4.2.6.8. Please update to the latest version and check. Then feedback to us.

    Problem solved!! Thanks.

    FYI for anyone else with a similar issue – it only works if using on Chrome (if on a Mac). The autoupdates didn’t work – it didn’t show as needing an update until I turned auto update off and on again, and then still had to manually get it to update to new version.
