importing not bringing in images

    I’ve just exported then imported to a new location.

    The image folders are imported, but none of the images within the folders.

    Any way to sort this out?

  • I don’t believe WordPress’ export tool moves image files. It merely creates an XML file of your content. You will need to copy the uploads directory from your old site to your new one. Everything should link up then.
