Importing not working, need serious help.

    I tried pretty much everything. it was working at first but now I can’t get anything imported.

    I tried every format, even try to upload from server and manual importing with “Manual import” things is simple a just 1

    I always get forwarded to this page:

    mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php

    and you can see this text on the page :

    Are you sure you want to do this?

    Please try again.

    I am clueless and really need help. thanks.

    An update,

    I use the Theme “Optimizer 0.3.3”

    it looks like when the theme is activated I can’t upload but when it is not activated, the import goes through.

    I am clueless how to fix this. any idea?

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    This is indeed caused by that theme, as I just found in its code. The culprit is the optimizer_import() function in the file “/customizer/extra.php”, as far as I can see.
    It’s basically not checking if the request is actually targetted at the theme, so that it intercepts the Import request to TablePress. And as the request doesn’t match what it expects, it spits out the error message.

    So, the proper fix for this is that the Optimizer developers make that function only check requests for the theme itself. I can therefore only suggest that you contact them about this issue. There’s nothing that I can do in TablePress to prevent this ??
