Importing old blogs from SolidClient

greetings,
I have been using SolidClient (SolidBlog) offered through my hosting company, Dreamhost.com. Due to major lack of features, I finally moved on to WP. But the question remains, how do I port over my old blogs (without having to copy and paste them all.)
I haven’t heard anything back from the “lack of support” team at SolidClient. Has anyone else here used their system before and were you able to port your old blogs over? Please give details.
