Importing old comments

Hi, I have a blog which already has ~50 comments. How exactly can I import them when I install the Disqus plugin?
I am currently running a raffle which relies a lot on the comments, so losing them is not an option.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/disqus-comment-system/
