Importing old slugs broke my site

I imported WordPress old slugs and it broke the site. The home page was redirecting to a post. Upon further inspection, the old slugs were imported with // for some reason. After deleting all of those the site worked correctly again.

I see that this issue was reported in the past. If you think it was fixed, it’s not.

I would suggest removing that import option until it is.
