Importing pipe issue

Hello, I moved wordpress to another server, but carefully exported pipes to pipe files. I was able to import them in the old server, so pipe files are fine. However, in the new server I am able to select a pipe file, but the “import” button doesn’t enable after selection, so I can’t click it to import my pipes. I checked the requirements page and they are all fine. What could be wrong? Thanks!
