Importing Posts from Another Wp Site

  • I have imported some posts from another blog I have at WordPress.com.

    Can anybody tell me if my site visit stats include any visitors to the WordPress.com site (ie the combined visits as I have imported posts from another site)?

  • Since www.ads-software.com installs don’t even have a tracking mechanism for stats, it wouldn’t happen automatically and wouldn’t be part of a standard export/import file

    Now, the jetpack plugin brings some .COM features to .ORG, this includes stats, and you need to integrate jetpack with a .COM account

    However, I am not at all sure if this includes combining stats or anythin – something you could look into I’m sure

    Your stats should be site-specific (ie visits to your .com site will not be reported in your .org site).
