Importing products from csv

I have a CSV with thousands of rows – one row for each sku. Each sku has a product name like “Large dog collar -green” or “Medium dog collar – blue” instead of having separate columns for attributes.

What will be the best way to import them into Woocommerce? Again, thousands of rows of products – probably a few hundred actually, but there are thousands of rows due to the separate skus.
