What application are you using locally to store the data?

If you would like the process automated, and if the data is literally being stored on your Windows desktop, then you will need to:
– using a script to export dump the existing database tables you want,

– write a script on your desktop using a Task to take the export file, and move it over to your web server,

By desktop database, I mean a database which is stored off-line, on a local PC, such as Microsoft Access, FileMaker Pro, etc.
Are your information applicable to a database stored at a WordPress backend?

Yes.

Export from local db to a file –> Move the file to your server –> Import the file into your WordPress database.
