Could you try uploading your .wpress file via FTP to wp-content/ai1wm-backups and then restore it by using the Backups section instead?

Thanks for your help. Until now the restoring process is still in process. I tried it several times now and some parts have been restored on the new site https://www.mkh-electronics.store the most important part like my webshop products are still not visible.
The other way like you descibe is it more reliable ?
And does the program also take care of the .com / .store difference so the website will work as it did on the old domain ?

I can’t login in the support of that site.
When I create an account I don’t get an email for confirmation and when I change my password, I get an email without a link to validate.

Please help me out.

Uptil now its still restoring (for 4 days now), my feeling is that nothing happens at all. So now I am stuck within 2 websites. The login on the other site doesn’t work either.
Looking forward at some help.
