Importing templates in ‘Forms’

Hi @dawnrd , can you share a screenshot of the errors you see in the console when it gets stuck?

Also, does this happen with any form you try to import or just one?

It happens with any forms. Starting from scratch is fine so that’s what I’m doing now.

I have the same problem, I have tried reinstalling the plugin, with both versions, the free and the paid one, installing it from the wp funnel, without the wp funnel, restoring a previous version of my web database and files before the first installation… etc… and I can’t get any form to work, or import any, or create it myself and save it, it won’t let me

Hi @dawnrd , it would be a great help if you could share a screenshot of the console errors when that happens.

@alexandermd , are you facing this issue with the forms only, or for email templates as well? Also, would it be possible for you to share screenshot of the console errors when this happens?

We tried to re-create it on our end, but we are not being able to do so. So do help us out with the screenshots and we will try to find a solution.
