importing to local instal

  • hello,
    I am new to wordpress. I have a local install working ok but I cannot export and import the xml file. I just get the message “are you sure you want to do that “.
    How to find out what is (not)happening. I turned off selinux and it’s not that. help appreciated. I want to do testing and then upload to active site.
