Importing unscheduled films from Veezi

  • If I delete a film that is no longer being shown, the Veezi import creates a new draft event.

    The Veezi api seems to say that it filters:
    “The PreShowStartTime is in the future”

    If a film is not scheduled, I would have through it does not have a PreShowStartTime in the future, so why is the Veezi importer importing it?

    Hi Miriam,

    In Veezi, the PreShowStartTime is not related to films, but only to individual sessions (showtimes). The Veezi API does not filter the films and the importer therefor imports all films. It does only import upcoming sessions.

    I admit that this could be improved, which I did when I built the successor of the Veezi importer: Jeero. Jeero only imports films that have upcoming sessions.
