Importing Users from CSV plugin not visible

    So, I first installed the WordPress plugin Import Users from CSV. Then, I downloaded the PMPro-Import-Users-From-CSV plugin, unzipped it, and uploaded it into “/wp-content/plugins/”. When I return to the WP Dashboard, however, and click ‘plugins’, I don’t see the PMPro plugin to activate.

    My PMPro plugin has been updated to Version 1.7.14.2.

    How can I get the Import Users PMPro plugin to work??

    Okay, well…if my experience is typical, then it looks like Paid Memberships Pro needs to update their documentation, which instructs to download the .zip file, upload it into the ‘plugins’ directory (I tried both the zipped and extracted folder, to no avail), and then activate it via the plugins page of the WP dashboard.

    When that didn’t work, I deleted the plugin from the server and approached things from the ‘Add New Plugin’ > ‘Upload’ function. I selected the .zip file and WP uploaded and activated it, no problem.

    So…problem resolved. But your documentation should probably be updated.
