Importing worpress.com file

  • Hi,

    I’ve followed all the correct steps to importing my data from my wordpress.com site to my new hosted worpress.org site, however, it only imports the pictures. No posts, nothing else.

    Please help!!

    Does it work right if you temporarily switch to the default Twenty Fifteen theme and deactivate all plugins except the WordPress Importer plugin?
