Importing WPBB into Simple:Press

    I’m in need of some assistance. Trying to import my old forum into Simple:Press and I have to provide the following:

    WP-Forum Database Name:
    WP-Forum Database User Name:
    WP-Forum Database Password:
    WP-Forum Database Host:
    WP-Forum Table Prefix:
    Wordpress User Table Prefix:
    Set to the prefix of the database table where the users data resides.

    Where do I find this information?
