  • Hey @wpgiuseppe,

Let’s try this. Deactivate all plugins on your site and then try to install WooCommerce. If that works, then try to activate the other plugins, one by one.

Let us know if that works for you.

    Hello,
noway, the WooCommerce plugin doesn’t works at all; I deactivated all my plugins, then I installed WooCommerce, I activated it, but it doesn’t works.
I don’t know what I have to do.

Thanks for getting back with us. That is really unusual.

Can I get you to go to the Tools section in your dashboard and click on “Site Health?” A report will load that shows any issues on the site. Copy any issues you see and paste them here in your reply.

After that, click on the “info” link at the top. Then click the “Copy site info to clipboard” button. After that, paste the information here in your reply. That’ll help us figure out what’s going on.

    Thanks!

May I have to change template?

    I’m here,
I found the problem, I updated the PHP version to PHP 7.3 of the web site domain, then WooCommerce starts correctly. Infact, the problem was site domain not WordPress, but I didn’t find any references to the domain, in the biginning of the work.

    Thank you, good bye
    Giuseppe
