Impossible redeem the gift card

    hello

    I installed the plugin but when the user try to redeem the card with the code, click on the button Redeem but NOTHING happen

    As per your mentioned query please remove the gifting account then create a new account and then run a test It may resolve your query..

    Hello ,

    You must have created a account in the gifting portal so please go to the redeem recharge section of the plugin setting there you will get the remove details option. Remove the details then generate a new details then check and let us know.
