Impossible to add a checkbox for the privacy agreement

    it looks not possible to add a real checkbox for the privacy agreement.
    I’ve checked also the code of the plugin, no way with the settings or filter hooks. It looks the only way is by adding it via JavaScript.
    Please, a plugin for adding newsletter opt-ins should offer an easy way to add a privacy policy checkbox.

    This missing feature is a serious issue.
