impossible to add image or featured image

    hi
    in user roles setting i have check upload_event_images for subscriber, contributor
    but when then whant to add an event the add media bouton and the add featured image doesn’t display

    do you have an idea why?

    if i am an admin, or author member it’ work

    For security reasons, the Add Media button doesn’t display when the form is viewed by anonymous users.

    there are not anonymous
    there are logged as subscriber or contributor
    they have login and password

    In that case, have you checked the permissions under Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities?

    upload_event_images for subscriber, contributor

    It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?
