Impossible to add services

  • Hi there, I’ve installed the plugin then I correctly set the default pack sizes and my address.

    I’m finishing my website so for the moment I’ve a “coming soon” page (made with SeedProd), I’ve read that this could break the plugin but it doesn’t work also if I disable the SeedProd plugin.

    Please can you give me help to connect my PackLink Pro to Woocommerce?

Hi,

It looks that the surcharge of calls create an issue with the lightspeed server.

We can try to switch the response time from 5 seg to 1 min.

    But I cannot solve the problem. I try to modify pickservices js file and change timeout time from 1000 to 10000 but same error

    Same here, can’t add service, I’m also on litespeed server.

    Any fix scheduled ?
